Wyoming Sales Tax Collection
All vendors in Wyoming are responsible for collecting sales tax on sales of tangible personal property (W.S) 39-15-103 (c) (i) and services to same. This includes vendors who are only doing business here temporarily, such as during the annual State Fair or trade fairs.

The sales tax rate for Natrona County is 5%.

Use Form 13 to report the sales you made and the tax you collected, which can be obtained on the internet or the above address. Vendors failing to submit Form 13 are subject to civil and criminal collections actions.

Who must file sales tax return?
Any person making occasional sales of tangible personal property that are subject to sales tax.

When must I file my sales tax return?
Returns must be postmarked on or before the last day of the month following the month sales were made.

Where do I send my sales tax return?
Returns must be signed and accompanied by a check or money order payable to the above address, and mailed in the envelope provided by the Department of Revenue, acquired with Sales Tax Form 13.
